Original and typed transcripts of letters written by Mr. Johnson and his wife, Clara, to Edward R. Sibley of Weston, Mass., describing family matters, farming, weather, the Hillsboro community, and the Congregational Church at Kelso, N.D. Also included is one letter (1887) from Edwin's brother, Charles H. Johnson of Willow, N.D., which details his grain trading business.
